Orders

 All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Khalifa's Libations.

Pricing

Pricing are list in Liberty Dollars and may change without notice.  Delivery fees will be added at checkout.

Delivery

A minimum order of 4 beverages and a delivery fee of 5.80 apply to eligible  home delivery orders.  Delivery fees are subject to change. 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a complete delivery address.

Food Safety

Our beverages should be refrigerated immediately after delivery and consumed while fresh. 

Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product names, website content, and branding is associated with Khalifa's Libations  and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Khalifa's Libations is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather, traffic, emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any times.  Changes become effective when posted on our website.
