At Khalifa's Libations, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Because our beverages are freshly prepared and perishable, all sales are generally final.

Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement may be provided if:

• You received the wrong order.
• Your order arrived damage.
• Your beverages were missing from your order.
• There was a quality issue with your beverages.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and if possible photos of your issue.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Khalifa's Libation reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on each situation.
